Content on our website, in the app, and in blog guides is for general informational and product-support purposes. It is not professional legal, tax, accounting, medical, or regulatory advice. If you need advice for a specific situation, consult a qualified professional.

2. Document processing accuracy

PDF editing, conversion, OCR, compression, merging, signing, scanning, and related features depend on file quality, fonts, languages, layout complexity, and device or server conditions. We strive for reliable results, but we do not guarantee that:

• Converted or edited files will be pixel-perfect or fully preserve every layout element.
• OCR or extracted text will be complete or error-free for every language or scan quality.
• Password, certificate, or signature operations will succeed on every protected or damaged file.
• Repaired or flattened PDFs will open correctly in every third-party viewer.

Always verify critical documents before sharing, filing, or publishing them.

3. AI and automated features

Features such as PDF chat, summarization, translation, contract or resume analysis, and other AI-assisted tools may generate incomplete, outdated, or incorrect output. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZeenInfotech Solutions and its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid us for the paid plan giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months before the claim, or (b) USD 50 (or equivalent), except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

The Services may use or link to third parties (payment gateways, cloud hosting, analytics, sign-in providers, Google AdMob, Google AdSense, app stores, and similar). We are not responsible for their availability, content, or policies. Review their terms separately.
