These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of PDF Editors at
pdfeditors.live and the Android app
com.zeeninfotech.Pdfeditors (the “Services”), operated by
ZeenInfotech Solutions (“we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Services you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. The Services
PDF Editors provides browser-based and mobile PDF utilities including viewing, editing, merging, splitting, compressing, converting, OCR, electronic signing, scanning helpers and optional AI-assisted analysis. Features may change as we improve the product. Some tools require an account, a paid plan, or available AI / OCR / Scan quotas as described on our Plans page.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you create an account you must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use via Contact us.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Upload or process unlawful, infringing, or harmful content;
- Attempt to bypass security, quotas, payment systems or rate limits;
- Scrape, overload or disrupt the Services or other users;
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
- Use automated access in a way that harms service availability without our written permission (API access is available under separate enterprise terms when enabled).
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse or legal risk.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of files you upload. You grant us a limited license to process those files solely to provide the feature you request (for example merge, convert or OCR). We do not sell your documents. Session and storage retention are described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Free tools, plans and AI credits
Core tools may be used without payment subject to fair-use and technical limits. Paid subscriptions, credit packs and enterprise options are billed according to the plan you select and our Refund Policy. Unused AI credits, OCR pages and Scan quotas do not carry forward unless we expressly state otherwise. Top-up credits apply to the current billing period only.
6. AI and automated output
AI summaries, chat answers, extractors and similar features are automated helpers. They may be incomplete or incorrect. You must verify important results before relying on them for legal, financial, medical or other high-stakes decisions. See also our Disclaimer.
7. Intellectual property
The Services, branding, software and documentation are owned by ZeenInfotech Solutions or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer or resell the Services except as allowed by law or a written agreement with us.
8. Third-party services
The Services may integrate payment processors, sign-in providers, analytics, advertising (including Google AdSense on the website and AdMob in the free app) and infrastructure vendors. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their processing. We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from our content.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZeenInfotech Solutions and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or business arising from your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for the Services in the three months before the claim or (b) USD 50, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes to paid plans will be communicated where required by law.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country provide otherwise. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to those mandatory protections.
